Metelkova City
is an autonomous social centre in the centre of Ljubljana, Slovenia. It is located on the site of former military barracks (the Slovenian headquarters of the Yugoslav National Army) and was squatted September 1993.
The book design has been made in a school project called "Thousandth second",
wich encouraged 8 young design students to design photography souvenir
of that certain part of the capital city.
The project has been exhibited three times.
The first exhibition opening took place in Metelkova City.
It also took part in Slovenia's book festival "Muza".
The third time, only three designs were chosen to be exhibited on
Bratislava's bienial of young designers and artists.
