We mapped over 400 stores selling by instagram, interviewed more than 100 entrepreneurs and immersed ourselves in the small business world to understand how they made things happen and how we could solve their problems.
We learned how they sold their products, how they communicated with their costumers, what pains they had, and especially the positive and negative experiences they had working with e-commerces platforms.
