During my Tenerife winter vacation I've drawn 22 small sketches. All of them became postcards for my friends and were sent to Russia, Sweden, Germany, England, the USA and Canada.

Everything inspired me: trees and palm, sand, rocks and ocean and of course people.

One week we spend on the island La Palma. This week was full of trips and volcanos.

Then we came back to Tenerife and stay for one more week in Puerto de la Cruz. You know it's a lovely small town near the ocean. There are lots of gardens including Jardin de Aclimatacion de la Orotava.

Several brushes and my fav watercolor – that was all I needed for drawing. Almost all sketches were drawn from life.

The waves and the ocean – two things that I don't know how to draw realistic. So I'm not happy with the result.

Canary Islands – one of my favourite place, especially when it's winter in Russia :)
