CONNEXYS-WERFTSAMEN
Connexyes is a frontrunner in the development of trendsetting applications to scout new talents, to bind and motivate them. They offer a broad spectrum of products and services for the recruitment-world.
Werftsamen is a new innovative platform which challenges recruiters to share applicants with each other. Recruiters can give a positive notice to rejected candidates by sending them to this platform. It is here where other possible interesting vacancies at other companies can be found. For the recruiter this is also a place where he can find potential candidates for other vacancies.
I was asked by Harde K to translate their concept and Dennis van Gaalen his illustrations into an animated 3D world.
The story addresses the recruiter. Through a recruiter his eyes, we look at the candidates and vacancies to be filled. The candidate is visualized by a puzzle piece, which will or wont fit in the negative space of the vacancy.
