Halo Sport 2 Brain Stimulator

Halo Sport 2 is a neuro-stimulating wearable that leverages the brain's plasticity to improve
athletic performance. By neuro-priming during intense warmups, top athletes push the boundaries
of their motor skills.
Why headphones? The motor cortex, the area of the brain that controls physical movement, sits right under the headband. This, combined with the desire to listen to music while focusing on workouts, training, etc. make the form factor a natural fit.
The neuro-primers are flexible and easily removed for washing and replacement. It's also nice to use Sport 2
as headphones without having the primers in place.
The United States Olympic Cycling Team has increased their performance drastically.
Improvements include less time spent learning new skills and greater overall performance.
Playing guitar or piano may seem different, but your brain learns each of these movements the same way – via the motor cortex. While the pathways may differ, they're all created through repetition and plasticity.
The headphone form factor and usability is aligned to the gym/athletic lifestyle.
Music is played wirelessly via Bluetooth.
CAD modeling starts early and evolves quickly from sketches. This helps ground complex products in reality while exploring form and CMF solutions. Material mood boards are key components to the design
and development.
