For this project, we wanted to redesign our church’s connect Cards. Previously, we had a very traditional looking white card that asked our members and guests for about 15 pieces of information on the front and a ton of checkboxes and message lines on the back. We have noticed a decline in people filling out these cards. We know we have guests every week (we see them), but don’t always get a card. We also had a separate similar Prayer Card.

By reducing the amount of information we asked people to provide, as well as clarifying which card serves what purpose, we hope to see an increase in guests filling out the cards, people asking for prayer, and members wanting to take a Next Step.
