For a group exhibit, CIty of Man, a group exhibition about the city of Manila. The idea of it is just different artists and designers coming together to celebrate the idea of Manila. For Filipinos, and people living here, Manila is the big city.

I wanted it to be about how small we all are in the grand scheme of things and how utterly massive and foreboding and consuming Manila is. That stuff with that kind of depressing hullaballoo. I love Manila though (?) but it’s just this huge organism of horrifying potential sometimes.
It’s happening at The PocketUniverse Art Collective, 2nd Floor, saGuijo Cafe, 7612 Guijo St., San Antonio Village, Makati City. Come by and check out the group exhibition if you’d like. I’ll be selling prints and also possibly the nicely printed canvas piece of this art I made.
Featuring the works of: Vincent Africa, Kasey Albano, Janine Avenido, Edrick Bruel, Rob Cham, Carl Graham, Armelle Garcia, Pat Manlapas, Heinritzh Sales, Carlo San Jose, Christian San Jose and Tata Yap.
