The Pen And Paper Campaign is a tool and structure to support the development of the Gambian educational system. Its aim is to establish a solid and healthy bridge between the local touristic industry and the schools.
We invite the tourists to donate stationery in the Pen And Paper collection points located in hotels, restaurants and touristic resorts. Then donations are collected, listed and distributed directly to the pupils in nursery schools.

I have designed the visual ID (logo and graphic chart) of the Campaign as well as leaflets, web content.
My role has also been to plan and develop the campaign, together with Eric Pomarico (Open The Gate) who wrote the project, implement it on site in the Gambia, and seek for sponsors and partners.
As project lead, I now deal with promotion and PR, as well as sponsors/partners relations and supervise the Campaign to ensure a smooth running and stable development.
