Being a dancer myself, it was only natural that I chose to work on the theme of 'Ballet Shoes' when asked to choose any object for an exercise in graphic design. En Pointe - a Shoe Story is an illustrated notebook that is themed around ballet shoes, their history and how they evolved hand-in-hand with ballet, the dance form.
