A celebrity chef want to open a new restaurant with the theme based around the ‘bush tucker trial’.
Name it, Brand it, Campaign it – do whatever you can to make it a success.

Our response
‘Bonvivant’ is derived from the 17-century French noun ‘Bon Vivant’, meaning the good things in life, in particular
good food and drink. This flagship restaurant, based in London,  focuses on minimal design and discerning clientele.

The restaurant will encourage the value of insects as an alternative food source and promote
experimentation with gastronomy.

The interior would be of contemporary design with floor-to-ceiling glass walls giving a clear view of the kitchen.
There would be specimen jars situated around the restaurant with the ‘odd’ insect to be seen me (as if escaped) around
the rooms. It would be an open plan, two-tiered construction with space for private dining.
Adobe Caslon was chosen for the logo typeface with Baskerville regular and italic being used for the copy
