"An adult human body is made up of approximately 90 trillion cells. Each of the 220 squares in my curtain represent the different classifications of cells in the human body. The links connecting each cell type symbolize intercellular communication and demonstrates the idea of how many pieces can create a whole. Generally, the gift of life is associated to the heart, lungs, or brain, but the real honor goes to the cells - where life begins."
