Little room by the white stripes is the track I have picked!

The words to the tune go's as follows....

When you're in your little room,
and you're workin on somethin good.
But if it's really good, your go'na need a bigger room.

And when you're in the bigger room,
you might not know what to do.
Ya might have to think of, how ya started,
sittin in your little room.
What I was thinking for this is finding a word common in each sentance like room and good for example,
I thinking of speakers for the double oo in room and good!
I think I'll start it with a drummer behind the speakers in his little room workin on somethin good. For the little room I will have her playing the drums with a single lamp in the corner of the room and then it will transition into the bigger room, say a nightclub with silhouette hands of people in the background with lights wizzing round for effect.  For this, I am in the process drawing the images so bare with me.

This is going to be animated in flash and bring it into AfterEffects.  Next I will put Wave Forms to animate with the track in a White and Blue Colour and have a solid Red Background to represent the USA flag colours behind the female drummer.  The drummer will come in from nothing in a swirl and stop behind the speekers and will pulsate with the track in front of the text.  The text font I picked for the first part is Rosewood std because I think it went well with it.

For the text in the opening three line's I wanted to have the text to come in differently in each word.  This proved hard because of the speed of the track, I found that some words would not be on screen for very long so had to have them come in and go out quickly.  I also worded it as i'd hear it for example, somethin' instead of something as seen above.
For the next comp there is going to fade into black were you can still see the red drum sticks playing in the backgound of black.  This will bring in the next line of text that will slide from left to right across the drummer revealing her in the text.  I changed the text to impact to give it more of an impact as seen below.
For the next line I had to think of a way of creating space of a bigger room, so I had the text slide in from all angles give the idea of a big space.
This also gave me the idea of bringing back in the drummer by zooming in on the exclamation mark at the end of the room word as seen below, which would also change the stage from black to white so I could have the sillhoutte of the hands for the gig in the next line.
For the next line I had the drummer on a white background with the text coming from right to left in black impact text. I created a sillhoutte of black and white hands of people at a gig and animated them to jump up and down  with enough space between them to fit text.
The "WHAT TO DO", text would then appear to come out of the the white sillhoutte hands and have a black background in it to make it stand out. The Drummer also stops playing (using a still image) were red question marks will appear one by one as the text will rise.  The hands would slowly move towards the camera and fade away leaving the white room once again.
The next comp got tricky as I was struck on what to do next.  We were shown how to expand lines at angles in class one day and thought that it could work for me.  So I created one line and duplacated it and had them coming in on different times.  Then duplacated the comp and placed it below the first comp to give it a wall meets the floor look.
The text starts out with black impact text moving from right to left but changes to colour as seen below.

For the colour text in this comp I broke the words up, I could use the "itt" in sittin and drop it into Little at the bottom of the stage which was grand put I also had to do the same with the "your" and "room" which was tough as seen below.
The next comp was painfull.  All those Dah Da Dah's........
All I did was have the text in red and white and side it in on the lines of opposite colour and as it got towards the end I put a camera in to rotate the image and zoom in on one of the "dah da dah" were I could side in the next lines of text on the writing itself as seen below.
Moving to the next comp was another camera with rotation, back into a solid red background with the female drummer with a siding text of impact white going behind the drummer.
Which changes to front halfway through...
Were it ends with the camera zooming into the drummer leaving it black.
Thee End.......
