In collaboration with Robert Grischek and VSF&P our Stuttgart office created this surreal campaign for payment service provider BS Payone — multiple portraits and cinemagraphs of weightless shoppers frozen in action.
First, our team in Stuttgart worked closely with the agency's creatives on the modelling of the rooms, incorporating a mix of Art Deco and modern elements. Equipped with these background images, the photographer captured the talent jumping on a trampoline and filmed footage for the animations.
First, our team in Stuttgart worked closely with the agency's creatives on the modelling of the rooms, incorporating a mix of Art Deco and modern elements. Equipped with these background images, the photographer captured the talent jumping on a trampoline and filmed footage for the animations.
With Robert's photos at hand and a diagram of his studio setup, we replicated the same lighting for the backplates and added the floating props to the mix.
Lastly, we animated the cinemagraphs, partly with the existing footage and partly by building them in 3D. The cinemagraphs are being used on the company's website and more stills of this series can be seen on our website.
