Deslee Clama is a textile company with a problem to be solved. 
1. Metal Bins have to be returned: extra administration + extra transport cost.
2. Non returning Wood Bins: extra costs for costumers.

Ideal Solution
No bins have to come back.
No extra costs for the bins.
Solution
Europallets instead of bins - value exchangeable.
Use waste to construct bins - waste reduction; no material costs.
Stability of the bin.
Two Euro pallets to support the rolls in a stable way.

Efficient use of truck space
Two Euro pallets = Truck's with.
No space wasted - Stability.

Easy to (un)load using the forklifttruck.
 
Use of textile waste to weave the rolls.

Possibility of automation.
