My client was an entrepreneur that wanted a more effective way to organize his team's projects and meetings.  Nothing off-the-shelf existed that suited his specific management style.

I wire-framed and mocked up the entire project before building it in Javascript and FileMaker Pro, with the end goal being two-fold:

(a) The company's pulse at a glance for the CEO, and

(b) A much more productive and efficient team

The end result was a reduction in the amount of meetings per week (multiple days and times reduced down to a single day), a more streamlined approach to project management, a greatly reduced dependence on email and an overall boost in the team's morale.
