il RIGIOCO is a riddle made from five types of three-dimensional puzzles.
Each set contains pieces recycled from wood, acryl, vegetable cardboard and felt. During the arrangement of the puzzles child can create defined shapes -like boats, aeroplanes, spaceships, submarines- or some new forms according to their creativity and instincts.
This game gives children the opportunity to interact with diffrent types of the materials, understand their proprties and structure. Another mission of RIGIOCO is highlighting the importance of recycling and re-using. Project shows that even something which appears to be a waste can give a begining to a new object. It also encourages children to explore world of materials they have at home, and to create their own puzzles. The rule is simple- more puzzles means more fun!!
The RIGIOCO is a project absolutely SUSTAINABLE. It is based on REUSE of waste materials obtained from a small manufacturers. Each puzzle is made from the postproduction toss out. Instead of disposing materials we propose to give them new live and function.
