Il progetto Un Amore, Milano insegue le tracce del romanzo di Dino Buzzati, Un amore. Milano fa da protagonista nel racconto: i suoi vicoli, i suoi ritrovi, i suoi portoni. La vita di una ragazza che si divide tra la Scala e le balere. Laide è Milano e Milano è Laide. Il romanzo è stato pubblicato nel 1963, nel 2018 ho rincorso i luoghi di Buzzati. Li ho cercati, li ho fotografati. Ho sovrapposto alle immagini dei luoghi le frasi del romanzo. Le fotografie sono state poi pubblicate su Google Maps. Adelaide Anfossi le ha pubblicate. Dino Buzzati ha preso dei luoghi reali per portarli in un romanzo. Io sono partita dal romanzo, per poi cercarlo nella realtà e infine costruirne una nuova finzione in cui il reale e la narrazione si sovrappongono.

The project Un Amore, Milano follows the traces of Dino Buzzati's novel, Un amore. Milan is the protagonist in the story: its alleys, its meeting places, its gates. The life of a girl who divides her time between the Scala and the ballerinas. Laide is Milan and Milan is Laide. The novel was published in 1963, in 2018 I chased the places of Buzzati. I looked for them, I photographed them. I superimposed the phrases of the novel on the images of the places. The photographs were then published on Google Maps. Adelaide Anfossi published them. Dino Buzzati took real places to bring them into a novel. I started from the novel, to then look for it in reality and finally build a new fiction in which the real and the narration overlap.

L’operazione urbana e digitale diventa poi un’installazione. Individuando sulla mappa di Milano i luoghi citati nel romanzo, e collegandoli - come puntini - tra loro, sono emerse delle geometrie. Queste forme diventano protagoniste di una soluzione installativa che intende accompagnare lo spettatore all’interno del libro. Attraversando le geometrie, quindi i luoghi, si attraversano le storie, le voci, di Un amore.

The urban and digital operation then becomes an installation. Locating on the map of Milan
