Mobile phone market leader Sony Ericsson was growing, and they wanted to enhance their growth with top innovators. A recruitment site was essential to these goals.

I helped concept and create a site that reached beyond the standard corporate recruitment site and returned to a magazine feel. Compact, but powerful text was needed to paint the Sony Ericsson story. And a positve, cheerful human tone of voice that focussed on the people behind the products was key.
