RHS Flower Calendar

For this particular brief, I designed a selection of pages for a floral calendar for the Royal Horticultural Society.
I wanted to create an interactive design so that it would still appeal to the modern audience despite the prevalence of digital calendars and planner applications on smartphones and computers. So, for this reason I created the petals to represent the days of the month. Each one is perforated to allow the user to tear off the petal as the days pass by.
I chose to create patterned borders and used bold colours to make vibrant pages and kept the illustrations and text simple yet effective to ensure an overall minimal and professional feel.
