Spacewood Transformational Appraisal Rating System
A web based hierarchical system which helps to see the employee details, track work and progress. Additionally, it implements assessment of employees by immediate supervisors and tracks progress of various departments by managers based on wide variety of performance parameters. The system makes it easier for team leads and supervisors to track detailed employee profiles by keeping track of their performance records. Subsequently, the system provides graphical views for the supervisors to implement upper level evaluations for their performances. These evaluation reports help the clients to assign annual merits for their employees.

This is the main part of the application this page is an assessment report of an employee.As client wanted various parameters to assess the employee,there are different Parameters given with its Performance Objectives ,Measurable Targets along with their Weightage.Score will be calculated depending on the Rating given to Employee on each Parameter .There is Soft Skills Assessment and Additional Inputs /comments section .
