gNewsReader is a Google Reader client originally designed for Nokia Belle OS and now ported to Blackberry 10. It is developed by Yogeshwar Padhyagurjar.
All you need to do is to start the app and authorise it with your Google Account in phone and it will sync all your feeds, folders, read, unread and every other RSS info available.
The interface is designed in QML with Blackberry 10 UI guidelines. You can download it from Blackbarry app world.
