Glokale stemmer is a festival and a brand new magazine to celebrate the 10-Year Jubilee of TekstLab. TekstLab is an Oslo-based project that works to bring to light new voices, stories and productions in performing arts. There are 4 different covers of this magazine to showcase some of the young artists that are part of TekstLab.
