UNWIND ON THE COAST
The design concept of this condominium is to create an atmosphere resembling a vacation home along the coastline. The condominium has a great view of the sea nearby and also has relaxing sea breeze throughout the day. The project mostly uses the colour scheme of light brown, shades of blue and white. Blue represents peace and calm which is suitable for a relaxing atmosphere.

The shoe cabinet is designed with vertical slits to allow air circulation in the cabinet. This will help to prevent stench in the cabinet.
Foyer with Partition
A partition is designed in the foyer to give some privacy to the living area. It has glass shelves for some displays. On the other side of the partition is a low bookshelves for the reading area.
A bar table is design in the dry kitchen. In the dining area, the panel has 2 column design and a large mirror. A low cabinet is designed to keep some cutleries and wine glasses.
The living area's TV panel uses the groove line design to resemble timber planks. A wallpaper with white brick design is used to create a slightly rustic feel to the space.
Wet Kitchen
This small space was once a store room and it has been converted into a small wet kitchen. The kitchen cabinet has a custom design to fit into the small space. Polished white tiles are used as the backsplash.
The master bedroom uses the same groove line design for the bedhead and have concealed lighting as accent lighting. A combination design of the wardrobe and the dressing table is proposed to maximize the use of the space.
