Imagine Flooded Lisbon 2100. This the starting point of the project and the Hub is a small part of an intervention on Lisbon near river. In a post traumatic scenario Lisbon would be flooded near the river with water 1 meter high. The Hub acts like a floating bridge connecting prt, metro, train and cruizer station.
