2016.
The Ugly Barber pays homage to old school barber traditions with the benefits of a modern salon.
We defined the brand as young blood with an old soul. Full of spark and unapologetic. Charming and respectful. Timeless and relevant.
I chose a font that was timeless, had personality and charm (and a little-bit ugly), and definitely unapologetic.
We had the idea of creating a coffee table book of all things Ugly which would be a collection of Ugly cuts and styles, boys toys, fashion, gadgets, inspiration, you name it.
