Slices born when I made two questions:
What does the time means? And what is the colour’s meaning?
There was many different answers, to each personality, culture or procedence. So we search the common point that all these opinions offered and I finally saw that time and colour is something universal and timeless, that manage our essence, space and perception of life.
Lotus clock concept is symetry and armonic revolution of one single shape. The final result is a continuous shape that reminds the full opened flowers of lotus.
Each vertix defines the five minuts period, this is how we set the balance between aesthetic and function. The clock volum feeds the eyecatching effect.
