A city the history of which is measured for millennia, even involuntarily leaves a sense of pride of their history to its residents. Walking around the city, if you look around and focus only on this, then you can feel yourself much of the city in both a good and bad sense. Here we see the architectural monument of the early twentieth century, which distorts plastic balconies, advertising and mafias next to the building ... And it is so at every turn.
Looking at myself and my friends, I see that this laminarity exists in my actions, interests, and everyday life. In the morning, I can lecture from modern Cyrillic, then go to the museum of books and printing, and at the evening I will have a rest at the concert of alternative music. And so almost every one of us lives, being in the rhythm of modern life and in parallel touching the eternal.
Historical Cyrillic, created by a brush, can interact with graffiti, exist on canvases, on walls and on asphalt, it's proved by me, my colleagues, friends and students.
The coexistence of opposites emphasizes the importance and value of each in a harmonious combination. Therefore, there is a challenge for the calligrapher, the risk that the interaction may not occur. Therefore, the field for the experiment is great, we just have to take the challenge!
