Casanova is a real estate and construction company in the city of Criciúma, Santa Catarina.

The company serves all the needs of the real estate market, but the main focus is the sale of packages of products and services that include the choice and acquisition of land with the development of customized projects, necessary documentation for execution of projects, credit approval and execution of the work.

With this in mind, in 2014 Casanova Real Estate was born, in a partnership between my mother, Margarete Carvalho, recognized in the region as an excellent real estate broker, my brother Rodrigo Carvalho Hallal, excellent real estate broker, specialist in human relations, real estate documentation and housing finance, and I Wagner Carvalho Hallal, real state broker for 11 years, and company manager. The key symbolizes a object related to change, since it allows finding the other side, in the case of doors, safes and everything that contains a lock. In this way, the key has a double concept, that is, of opening and closing, and therefore symbolizes success, wisdom, wisdom, knowledge, prosperity and mystery.In the symbolism of the icon we made a direct reference to the segment of the company, which is real estate and construction. When we studies the logos of other companies in this market we realize that the use of the key is a cliché almost as much as the use of the famous "little house or roof."We decided to make an abstract reference, in this way we escape the obvious. So we used the bow, like in a old key.
