Located on strategic area in Bandung, West Java. The site is 25 x 5 m.
The client wants a harmonious, organize and have a character in their house. Characteristic user: perfectionist, imaginative and practical.
The choice of theme in this residence is Compatible, Organize, Exemplary. Compatible in the sense of harmonious furniture selection. Organize can be interpreted as an organized spatial arrangement with functional furniture selection and not too many ornaments. As well as Exemplary which means creating a comfortable and typical (characteristic) occupancy.
Minimalist style is enough to support the theme above. Minimalist is characterized by simple, clear, functional, harmonious and organized. So that, minimalist style is suitable to be applied to this residential design because it is supported also by perfectionist, imaginative and practical user characters.
