Mentorship for Entrepreneurs from EO

Currently serving as an adjunct professor in Louisiana State University's Flores MBA program and as chief operating officer and senior vice president of the Plexos Group, Kirk Fisher has also founded his own commercial real estate firm in Louisiana. Professionally, Kirk Fisher belongs to organizations such as the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO).

A worldwide network of entrepreneurs founded in 1987, EO now has more than 13,000 members in almost 60 nations. Focused on providing its members with opportunities for personal and professional development, the organization features initiatives such as its mentorship program.

The EO Mentorship program supplies participants with a personal mentor relationship for 10 months to a year. During that time, mentees will meet with their mentors monthly to receive assistance in setting measurable and achievable goals and crafting practical strategies to attain them. EO then encourages those who have received mentorship to share what they have learned by serving as mentors for new members.
