My relationship with Tikkawala was a bit serendipitous. Hiran and Sahil, the Chefs and co-owners were alumni or Naansense. Having worked with them extensively it was a very easy sell to show them what I could do for their upstart restaurant. I came with some perks like webs design in Wordpress, copywriting, E-commerce recommendations and referrals to help them complete their overall goal of bringing Modern Indian dishes to the west-side of Chicago. They're a great bunch of guys and the Naan is unbeatable, I look forward to aiding Tikkawala in the future any way they need.
