The Spiral Organ was built by glueing portions of copper tubes side by side, in an intricate design which suggests either an organ, elaborate pan flutes, or the Tower of Babel. It is painted in a shiny silver and glows in the sun. It was the last time I used this technique of combining copper pieces, because it is extremely fragile.
