EGG & DART — Editorial design

Egg & Dart is a magazine that aims to explore the world through the visual patterns found in a micro and macro scale. It looks at cultural and natural examples of repetitive forms and features articles that contextualize them. It aims to metaphorically represent how our lives are constructed by a series of repetitive systems.

The name of the magazine is inspired by an Ancient Greek ornamental pattern found in Ionic and neoclassical architecture, consisting of an circular-shaped object (egg) alternating with an element shaped like an arrow (dart).
