This is the exhibition catalogue for Scenemachines - an exhibition that was held at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery in 2012. Scenemachines was a response to the annual City of Hobart Art Prize. The theme for that year was 'paint and fibre'. Highschool and college students attended workshops at the University of Tasmania for a week, and under the guidance of prominent Australian artists John Vella and Lucy Bleach experimented extensively with using their own bodies as sculptural elements, incorporating the themes of paint and fibre (old clothes) both as art-making tools, and as the art itself. The finished artwork included enormous collaborative paintings (painted with various materials from the students' old clothes) and scluptures.

I worked on this project in collaboration with fellow designer and friend Sean Morris. Together we photo-documented the workshops, photographed the student's artwork and took portraits. We then worked collaboratively on the design to produce a 38 page 4 colour offset printed and bound exhibition catalogue.
