L'Amaro Ulrich nasce nel 1854 dalla ricetta del Dottor Domenico Ulrich ed oggi viene rielaborato dalla Distilleria Marolo, grazie ad anni di esperienza in campo liquoristico. L'Amaro Ulrich racchiude principi attivi di 19 erbe, fiori, frutti e radici che lo rendono unefficace e corroborante digestivo. Tra i vari ingredienti spiccano le note di genepi, della genziana e dell'anice: è proprio dalla naturalità della sua formulazione che nasce il suo carattere unico ed inconfondibile. I sistemi di lavorazione ancora del tutto tradizionali esulano da schemi moderni e mantengono inalterati i principi attivi ed aromatici che caratterizzano il prodotto.
Amaro Ulrich was first made in 1854 to a recipe by Dr Domenico Ulrich, and is now produced in a revised version by the Marolo Distillery, which has years of experience in liqueur and spirit making. Amaro Ulrich contains the active ingredients of 19 herbs, flowers, fruits and roots, making it an effective and reinvigorating digestif. Top note flavours among the various ingredients are wormwood, gentian and anise, and it is precisely the natural nature of the formula that gives it its unique, unmistakable character. The entirely traditional method of production keeps the active and aromatic substances that typify the product unaltered.
