I was commissioned to design a logo for a dental surgeon in my local town. She is a well-established professional fixing the smiles of a wide span of ages from children to elderly people for over 30 years.

 

The challenge for the design of this logo was to showcase the dental surgeon's professionalism and refresh her corporate image in a simple way in order to be friendly and recognizable to the wide variety of patients.

 

I stylized the perfect-looking, round-edged tooth more into its raw, three-dimensional, real form. My intention was to emphasize the structure of the tooth with the least possible shapes -in a cubistic way- because structure is a very important principle in the world of dental surgery.
