DESPITE CULTURAL DIFFERENCES THIS POPULATION SHARES VERY SIMILAR EXPERIENCES. A PLACE FOR THIS GROUP SHOULD ACT AS A RESIN, SOMETHING THAT FILLS IN THE UNBUILT. IT GLUES PROGRAM TOGETHER, IT IS THE INVERSE, AND EMPHASIZES WHAT IS ALREADY THERE.
