Designing Steve Martin’s new book of tweets has given us a deep appreciation for the invaluable wisdom it contains, like: “If you’re a writer, a real writer, like REALLY a writer, you should not write a sentence like this one.”
The book collects tweets by topic instead of chronological order, making for a more pleasant and typographically interesting read. (Text is typeset in Infidelity, one of Mucca’s proprietary typefaces.) We turned to Serge Bloch for the book's interior illustrations, whose drawings resemble what Steve Martin’s cocktail napkins might look like after an evening sitting through the Oscars.
