This illustration was designed for my Company's Quarterly Newsletter Cover page with the theme of Professionalism. I took that opportunity to explain about mass coral bleaching, a global problem triggered by climate change, occurs when unnaturally hot ocean water destroys a reef’s colorful algae, leaving the coral to starve. The effect is akin to a forest after a devastating fire. Much of the marine ecosystem has become barren and skeletal with little hope of recovery.
The cover story represents the mutual relationship between you and your working environment. What we say and how we behave, plays an important role in our work environment as it affects other’s behavior and mental health. Hence it requires a healthy environment to help one nurture to be more professional and one has to be more professional to have a healthy environment.
