Due to the global finacial crise that we are facing in last few years, many big companies building become empty.
On the other hand many residential buildings here in the Netherlands, they no longer provide a good standard of living.

These are the starting point of the project.
The end piont is to provide a backyard or an outside space for the people that live in these housing blocks. Providing them a starter kit, they will be able to built up, as they want, their own private backyard.

Part of the project is also the set of rules, and the strategies to provide the space for all, but also to keep it in good condition.
