Digicel El Salvador se acercó a Divan porque necesitaban hacer un refresh de marca. Esto fue el 2016. Esta fue mi propuesta. Mi "director's cut". Lo que vio la luz es diferente. No tan diferente tampoco. El logo no cambió. Menos mal, porque por esa fechas salió el logo de Logitech. Nunca intenté plagiarlo. Solo un lugar común. Siempre quise hacer una letra "g" deconstruida. Mala suerte.
Le tengo cariño a este proyecto. Fue un punto de inflexión en mi desarrollo como diseñador. Algo hizo click.
PD: Una de las texturas es un repollo cortado.
Digicel El Salvador approached Divan because they needed to refresh the brand. It was 2016. This was my proposal. My "director's cut". What saw the light is different. Not that different. The logo did not change. Good thing, because the Logitech logo came out that in that time. I never tried to plagiarize it. Only a common place. I always wanted to make a letter "g" deconstructed. Tough luck.
I'm fond of this project. It was a turning point in my carreer as a designer. Something clicked.
