The project was to design a building of luxury apartments in an up town neighbourhood. Due to the sun path being more on the southern part, louvres and shading had been provided along with glass to provide exposure to views towards the central open space. Since there is a flow of wind from this side too, a clear green space was created to allow free ventilation of the area and provide more viewing exposure for the residents.
