New HQ building for up to 175 people with a significantly lower environmental impact and a carbon footprint of less than half that of an office constructed to current good practice targets.  Designed to achieve an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating, and to achieve an “A” rated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This building has now been recognised as Northern Ireland’s ‘Greenest’ Buildings. Design & Build Contract.
My Role
Produced planning and Building Control application. Design and developed all drawings including production through to completion. In addition this project was used as my case study to gain RIBA/ARB Part III professional exams
