Beautiful Landscapes of Pyongyang City

Taking landscape photos is my passion. Going to exotic places is my interest. By putting these two together, I again resurfaced in the weirdest corner of the block. I traveled once again  to North Korea in 2015. This was my 2nd time to the hermit kingdom. The trip was short and I had only 6 days there. I decided that I would only stay in Pyongyang and focus more in the capital. Coincidentally, the Worker's Party of Korea (WPK) celebrated their 70th anniversary of its founding. I boarded the Air Koryo flight alongside tons of invited VIPs and foreign journalists. It was a bizarre sight to see so many people traveling to North Korea.

While I was there, the city was filled with patriotic decorations, impressive fireworks displays, military parades and many more. Despite these amazing distractions, I still managed to capture some beautiful landscapes of Pyongyang City. Here are some of my picks for this article.
