Final Exhibition
During June and July 2018 I had the amazing opportunity to be part of Design West. Design West is an international summer design school located in the beautiful village of Letterfrack in Connemara, on the West Coast of Ireland.
I got the opportunity to work with leading international designers from renowned studios across the world including Conor Clarke, from Design Factory, Dublin; Brankica Harvey and Ken Deegan from Pentagram, New York; Isidro Ferrer, Spain; Arthur Rebelo from R2 Design, Portugal, Noelle Copper and Colin Farmer from Unthink, Dublin; Kate Brangan from Or Studio, Dublin and Sean Sills from the National Print Museum and NCAD, Dublin.
During the two weeks spent in Letterfrack I got to see some amazing places that fuelled my imagination. I also got to use some state of the art and traditional technology and printing processes such as a laser cutter, Riso printing and letterpress.
