I made these because I wanted to add some handmade style to our movie night picnics in the living room. Each is made out of U.S. domestic hardwood and rubbed with multiple coats of tung oil and polyurethane. People ask me how I got the lines so straight on my stain. Actually, I didn't use stain at all. The different colors come from gluing different wood species together.
