The brief was to create a short animated opening sequence to introduce a band at an industry conference. Full autonomy was given to me and I took the project from conceptualising to finished solution. 

Given a tight deadline (this was completed in under an hour), and the band was going to play rock'n roll music, I decided on a strong and bold geometric style that was reminiscent of the 60s and 70s music scene.
