ARTISAN INDIAN SAUCES
Brooklyn-based Masala Mama make all-natural spice blends and premium sauces for simple, healthy and delicious Indian home cooking.
THE PROJECT
They came to us to help them launch four new Simmer Sauce products for their range. They wanted a premium, authentic and artisanal label design with plenty of shelf stand-out.
THE JOURNEY
We developed a unique die cut label inspired by Indian mandalas, with a bold colour palette and premium gold foil finishing for maximum impact. We refreshed their logo and Masala Mama illustration, keeping their brand heritage but bringing it up to date.
THE OUTCOME
Shortly after launching Masala Mama’s sauce range was taken on by Whole Foods all over the US.
