About the Project:
Preadmissions Australia is a medical cloud software app that allows specialists, patients and hopitals to communicate effectively. 
Below is a selection of a few of the screens and work developed.
The main goal: Streamline the preadmissions process for both patients and specialists, reducing errors and providing a better healthcare.
The problem: Improve the usability of the app screens, flows and interface visuals in order to improve the overall experience.
The target public: Primarily focused on doctors, surgeons and hospitals as well as patients above 50 years old.
Deliverables: Marketing materials, UX/UI Design, promotional illustrated video.

Marketing Elements
Several marketing elements were created including an illustrated promotional video, a responsive landing page and brochures.


Patient Registration
In order to check in a procedure, patients need to register in the platform first, following a few steps.
Medical Information
After registration, patients need to fill the medical details such as the maximum amount of exercise. Screens were developed for desktop and mobile view.
Specialist Registration
In order to access the platform, specialists have to register their membership and billing details.
Operation Notes
Specialists create and exchange operation notes and clinical notes.
Each form is customizable.

Clinical Notes
Clinical notes can be used for personal record as well as for sharing with other specialists.
All notes are listed and on the left, shared on the right. Shared notes have their own thread and allow to add attachments. Below I present journey maps and screens that were part of the process.
Patient Consent
Patients need to sign a consent before proceeding to checking for surgery.
It is an essential step to have all the paperwork in order.
Invoicing and Billing
Includes search based on payment type, settings, exportation to excel and quote/invoice creation.
Specialists Management
Specialists can set up their own availability, consult colleagues availability and view it the calendar.
Message Center
Message center is an important section of the project. It allows to streamline communications between specialists, practice managers, hospitals and patients.

Patient Dashboard
Patient dashboard or action centre has a very clean and simple design for non-tech savvy users to have an easy experience. It is divided in four main sections.
