When I studied in the north of China, I once knew the food called “gaǹgzǐtóu”. It is a kind of dry provisions which can be preserved for a long period of time. I find few stores in Taiwan that also sell gangzitou. Though the climate in Taiwan is quite humid, it still can be kept for a long time. The case is made by “gaǹgzǐtóu”and can be preserved for a long time, and thus is a good fit in emergency situation.

By cutting into a triangular shape which requires less space and putting in the specially made water container, the survival appliance can increase the chances of living.
